Frank brings 20+ years of Chief Executive Officer, senior executive and management consulting experience. He specializes in supporting organizations to renew their corporate value proposition, strengthen governance, build relevant strategic plans, develop solutions for organizational challenges, lead change, develop integrated balanced scorecards and drive innovative revenue generation. Frank is committed to assisting management in optimizing organizational performance. His skills are highly valued in all three sectors-private, governmental and non-profit. He has been a key leader in North America’s non-profit and governmental sectors for over two decades, having worked within health, social service and environmental agencies.

Frank’s undergraduate degree in cultural anthropology provides a unique perspective on organizational design, as well as human and political dynamics. He earned his MBA at the Kellogg School of Management and the Schulich School of Business, and brings expertise in the areas of organizational development, strategy, governance & leadership, change, business planning, non-profit management, market re-positioning, organizational re-engineering, revenue modeling, cost containment and strategic resource redeployment. Currently, he is a doctoral candidate in the Organizational Development and Change program at Bowling Green State University.

Frank served as President and Chief Executive Officer at The Asthma Society of Canada, Autism Speaks Canada, and Merit Ontario. Frank is a member of the Canadian Association of Management Consultants and has been accredited as a Certified Management Consultant (CMC). Frank is also a member of the Association of Professional Recruiters of Canada (APRC) and has been accredited as a Registered Professional Recruiter. Throughout his career, Frank has led significant public relation campaigns and developed high-level, strategic and collaborative partnerships. He has served on several Boards and Advisory Committees including the Federal Scientific Advisory Committee for Respiratory and Allergic Therapeutics. He currently serves as President at Treviso Bay, Terrace 2 Corporation and as a Founding Director at Decency Matters Canada.

Jennifer is the Founder of SuccessMap and is a Certified Management Consultant (CMC). She specializes in organizational development & change, strategic planning, governance, mediation, leadership, stakeholder engagement, and performance management. Jennifer brings 20+ years of experience working with the private sector, non-profits, associations, public sector/government, and entrepreneurs. She began her management consulting career in the information technology sector, leading senior management teams of rapidly growing companies to prepare for mergers, sales, and initial public offerings. She was engaged as a consultant by several companies for organizational development related to software development, sales, marketing, professional services, and other operational areas of their businesses. Jennifer served as an internal consultant (Vice President, Organizational Development & Change) at two high-technology firms.

Jennifer has extensive experience as a Mediator (Advanced Level-Alternative Dispute Resolution, Faculty of Law, University of Windsor). She has successfully led many complex consultations with multi-stakeholder groups, bringing together diverse views and interests, and building group consensus about difficult topics and issues. She has been a valuable grounding influence assisting clients through unanticipated and challenging situations.

Jennifer has led hundreds of engagements with Boards of Directors and C-Suite teams across Canada. For over a decade, Jennifer worked full time as a Business Consultant at the profit-generating arms of Algonquin College Management Centre, as well as at Seneca College (Business & Industrial Division), where she led strategic planning, performance management, and governance initiatives for a broad range of large and small businesses. She also developed innovative strategic corporate partnerships for the College, working with industry, economic development departments, and Sectoral Skills Councils.

Jennifer’s experience also includes working with the Conference Board of Canada, chairing Advisory Boards and leading conferences. For five years, Jennifer served as a Senior Partner at David Lewis & Associates, a consulting firm specializing in organizational development and change, organizational psychology, and family businesses including managing the unique dynamics of inter-personal relationships that often emerge between family members.

Jennifer graduated with a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Gonzaga University in Washington, and is currently a doctoral student at the Schmidthorst School of Business Organizational Development and Change program (Bowling Green State University, Ohio). As a CMC, she is a member in good standing of the Canadian Association of Management Consultants. Jennifer is a Registered Professional Recruiter with the Association of Professional Recruiters of Canada (APRC). She has many additional credentials in consulting, training, and facilitation, and is certified in advanced instructional design. Jennifer is an active volunteer in community organizations and has served on several Boards of Directors. Jennifer is currently serving as a Founding Director at Decency Matters Canada.

JAMES A. STEELEPrincipal Researcher

Dr. James Steele (B.A. and M.A. University of Toronto) and Ph.D (University of London) is retired from the Department of English at Carleton University in Ottawa, where he taught for 35 years and served as Chair for three years. His academic fields of interest included English Literature,Canadian Literature, Meaning-Text Theory, and aspects of language. Jim is an experienced editor and seasoned researcher. In addition to his academic publications, he has also published work relating to international affairs, language and education, university-employment policy, and nutrition.

HEATHER A. STEELEPrincipal Editor

Heather Steele brings extensive experience to SuccessMap™ Consulting Group as Principle Editor for client publications, including Strategic Plans and “Case for Support” Documents. Heather’s experience includes over 30 years of employment in various program director and management roles, including at the Canadian Centre for Management Development (now named the Canada School of Public Service), the Canada Council, the Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council and the CBC in London, England. She holds an Honours B.A. in English from Trinity College, the University of Toronto. Heather is actively involved with the arts, literary and music community.

BRITTANY MAUCAProject Coordinator

Brittany is a SuccessMap Project Coordinator. She is the point of contact for scheduling, project management and other activities on client files. Brittany is pleased to assist SuccessMap clients in any way possible. Brittany graduated with a degree in Bachelors of Science and a diploma in Radiation Therapy from Laurentian University/Michener Institute.

EUGENE KURZGraphic Designer

Eugene is the lead in graphic design work for SuccessMap™ Consulting Group clients, including strategic plans, rebranding, logo development, visual graphics and many other design projects. Since founding Kurz Design in 1997, Eugene has worked with dozens of clients to help make their projects shine by providing top-notch graphic design services and solutions. Eugene is a graduate of Graphic Design and Media Communications and also holds a diploma in Print Journalism from Centennial College. He also has a BA in Economics from Wilfrid Laurier University (minors in Business Administration, Music theory), as well as a BA in Political Science from the University of Toronto. He is also a print broker and Registered Graphic Designer. Kurz Design’s digital artistry contributed to a 2014 IFCA “Best of Show” award.

CIARA CROZIERGraphic Designer

Ciara is highly talented creative graphic designer who brings a flare to publication layout and organizational rebranding. With a strong focus on typographic quality, Ciara ensures that clients receive consistent, yet dynamic design concepts in all their projects. Ciara designs SuccessMap™ Consulting Group’s Strategic Plans and print material. Ciara brings over 17 years of experience in the field of graphic design and print production. She completed her studies at the George Brown College School of Design, with a diploma in Graphic Communications, having originally studied accounting and finance at Brock University.

Ciara began her career in 2001 at a trade publisher, specializing in publications geared toward the insurance and financial services industries. As the production coordinator and graphic designer for their publications, she developed excellent skills in print production and design.
