Frank’s undergraduate degree in cultural anthropology provides a unique perspective on organizational design, as well as human and political dynamics. He earned his MBA at the Kellogg School of Management and the Schulich School of Business, and brings expertise in the areas of organizational development, strategy, governance & leadership, change, business planning, non-profit management, market re-positioning, organizational re-engineering, revenue modeling, cost containment and strategic resource redeployment. Frank earned his doctoral degree in Organizational Development and Change at Bowling Green State University.
Frank served as President and Chief Executive Officer at The Asthma Society of Canada, Autism Speaks Canada, and Merit Ontario. Frank is a member of the Canadian Association of Management Consultants and has been accredited as a Certified Management Consultant (CMC). Frank is also a member of the Association of Professional Recruiters of Canada (APRC) and has been accredited as a Registered Professional Recruiter. Throughout his career, Frank has led significant organizational transformations and developed high-level, strategic and collaborative partnerships. He has served on several Boards and Advisory Committees including the Federal Scientific Advisory Committee for Respiratory and Allergic Therapeutics. He currently serves as a Founding Director at Decency Matters Canada.

As a Certified Management Consultant and advanced-level mediator, Jennifer has guided hundreds of organizational transformations and initiatives, bridging diverse perspectives to achieve clarity, alignment, and lasting results. Her approach combines academic rigor with practical expertise drawn from work in the private, non-profit, and public sectors. She holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Gonzaga University and is currently a doctoral candidate at the Schmidthorst School of Business, Bowling Green State University, specializing in board governance and organizational change.
Jennifer is committed to advancing organizational excellence and building civil society, contributing actively as a board director and community volunteer. She believes that strong leadership and effective governance drive meaningful, sustainable impact. Jennifer currently serves as a Founding Director at Decency Matters Canada.
